So basically if you have a question such as what do you want from life so if you use traidic thinking, you get 3 points and then what it does is it helps u break those 3 points into even smaller points suppose one of your first 3 point was to be happy now think of 3 things describing what does happiness look like and then you can work towards those points and smilarlly this method can be applied to all aspects of like such as what are the 3 things you want to eat today? and so on.
